OVERVIEW

Spiral Capital Group comprises of two companies: Spiral Capital which manages the General Funds, and Spiral Innovation Partners which manages CVC Funds as well as provides corporate services for the entire Spiral Capital Group.

STRUCTURE

Fundamentally, General Funds are funds for institutional investors for the purpose of financial LP investment, and their suitability for corporates seeking strategic LP investment is limited.
Our group is promoting a shift toward institutional investors for our General Funds by separately managing CVC Funds for corporates, thereby increasing the suitability for both institutional investors and corporates.

HISTORY

In 2016, we began management of Fund I under the CCC Group. After a series of reorganizations, we restarted as an independent VC.

2012

IMJ Investment Partners (a Singaporean entity) established as a subsidiary of IMJ
2013

IMJ acquired by Culture Convenience Club
2016[Group Founded]

Established IMJ Investment Partners Japan (a Japanese entity) and began management of IMJIP Japan Fund I
2017

Conducted MBO as IMJ was acquired Accenture, and re-launched as Spiral Ventures Group
2019

Spiral Ventures Japan dissolves its JV with the Singaporean entity to become independent, and was renamed as Spiral Capital
